Your skin is looked at under a skin scanner, which takes the guesswork out of what is actually going on. Then comes a conversation about what is bothering you, what you have already tried and what you are putting on your skin now — bring the products or photos of them.
You leave with a plan: which treatment, how many sessions and what it costs, stated before anything begins. The analysis is free and there is no obligation to book a course at the end of it. An English-speaking member of the team is on every shift.

If you are only in Hanoi for a short stay
Single sessions such as a facial, a hydration session or HIFU fit a short trip. Courses for acne, pigmentation or scarring run over months, so they are worth starting only if you are staying. Tell us your dates and we will say honestly what is worth doing.
When we will send you elsewhere
Anything that needs a medical diagnosis first — a suspected fungal breakout, for example — gets sent to a hospital rather than started as a course here. You will be told that at the analysis, not after a few paid sessions.

No. Book the free skin analysis and say what is bothering you. Which treatment fits is decided after your skin has been looked at, not picked from a menu.
How much does skin treatment cost?
Every treatment has its own published price — the table above shows a starting example for each, and each treatment page has the full list. Where a course is needed, the number of sessions and the total are confirmed with you before anything begins.
Does anyone speak English?
Yes. An English-speaking member of the team is on every shift, and you can book online in English or message us on WhatsApp.
Where are you, and when are you open?
17 Ngõ 55 Huỳnh Thúc Kháng, Đống Đa — about 10 minutes from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the Old Quarter by car. We are open 09:00 to 20:00, every day of the week. Evening slots fill up first, so booking a day ahead helps.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Cards are accepted at the studio, and payment is taken at the end of your session.

The lane entrance is at 55 Huỳnh Thúc Kháng. Ride-hailing drivers know the lane, but it is easier to send them the Google Maps pin below. Đống Đa, about 10 minutes from Hoàn Kiếm Lake by car.
