Visiting us

Everything practical in one place: where we are, how to get here, what a first visit looks like, and the questions guests ask before booking.

About CHAMING Skinlab

CHAMING Skinlab has been working with skin in Đống Đa since 2019. It is a registered beauty and skincare business — not a licensed medical facility — and that boundary shapes what we take on. Anything that needs a diagnosis gets sent to a hospital rather than treated here.

Every price is published on this site, in full, including the packages. That is deliberate: quote-on-request pricing is the norm in this city, and it makes it impossible to work out what something costs until you are already sitting in the chair.

The first visit is a skin analysis and a conversation. It is free, and there is no obligation to book a course at the end of it.

What happens on a first visit

  1. 1

Skin analysis, including a look under a skin scanner. This takes the guesswork out of what is actually going on.

  2. 2

A conversation about what is bothering you, what you have already tried, and what you are currently putting on your skin. Bring the products or photos of them — it changes what can safely be done.

  3. 3

A plan, with the number of sessions and the cost stated before anything begins. If what you need is not something we should be doing, you will be told that instead.

Practical things

Language

An English-speaking member of the team is on every shift. You will not need a translator app to get through a session, and you can book in English online.

Getting here

The lane entrance is at 55 Huỳnh Thúc Kháng. Ride-hailing drivers know the lane, but sending them the Google Maps pin is faster than explaining it. About 10 minutes from Hoàn Kiếm Lake by car.

Opening hours

09:00 to 20:00, every day of the week including weekends. Evening slots fill up first.

Payment

Paid at the studio at the end of your session. Cards are accepted, so there is no need to find an ATM first.

Booking ahead

Walk-ins are possible but not guaranteed a slot, particularly in the evening. Booking a day ahead is usually enough.

Bring your products

If you are using retinoids, acids or anything prescribed, bring it or photograph it. It decides what is safe to do on the day.

Questions guests ask

Do I need to speak Vietnamese?

No. There is an English-speaking member of the team on every shift, and the online booking form is in English.

Can I book without a Vietnamese phone number?

The online form needs a Vietnamese mobile number, because the team calls to confirm your slot. If you do not have one, message us on Facebook or Instagram instead and we will book it for you.

Are the prices on this site what I actually pay?

Yes. Prices here are pulled live from the same system Vietnamese-speaking guests see. Where something is priced from a starting figure or on consultation, the final amount is confirmed before anything begins.

Is CHAMING a medical clinic?

No. It is a registered beauty and skincare business, not a licensed medical facility. Anything requiring a diagnosis — a suspected fungal breakout, for example — we will send you to a hospital for rather than treat here.

How far in advance should I book?

A day is usually enough. Evening slots and weekends go first, so if you need a specific time, earlier helps.

I am only in Hanoi for a short trip. Is that a problem?

It depends on the treatment. Single sessions such as hydration or a facial are fine. Courses for acne, pigmentation or scarring run over months, so they are worth starting only if you are staying. Tell us your dates and we will say honestly what is worth doing.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. Cards are accepted at the studio, so you do not need to withdraw cash before coming. Payment is taken at the end of your session, and the amount is confirmed with you before anything begins.

Do you treat men?

Yes. Hair removal, acne and scarring courses are all commonly booked by men.

Still deciding?

The consultation is free and there is no obligation to book a course at the end of it. Come and get your skin looked at properly first.
