What the content on this site is

The pages describing treatments are general information, not advice for your particular skin. Skin differs from person to person, so what we suggest is decided after we look at yours in person, under a skin scanner, during the free consultation. Nothing on this website should be used as a reason to start or stop a prescribed course of treatment.

Booking and cancelling

• Booking through this website is free and does not commit you to buying anything.
• After you submit the form, a member of the team calls to confirm. The slot is only held once that call has happened.
• To move or cancel, tell us at least four hours ahead by phone or Messenger so the slot can go to someone else.
• An English-speaking member of the team is on every shift, but not every hour of the day — if you write late at night, expect a reply the next morning.

Prices

Prices on this site are in Vietnamese đồng and are the same numbers Vietnamese-speaking guests see. They are current at the time of publication and include tax. Courses of several sessions and packages are priced separately and confirmed before anything begins. Any conversion to another currency shown on this site is a rough guide only; your bank sets the rate on the day.

Promotions run for a stated period and under stated conditions. Once a promotion ends it no longer applies, even if the page is still in your browser history.

Photographs and content

The writing, photographs and before-and-after images on this site belong to CHAMING Skinlab or are published with the guest's consent. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Copying the content to republish under another name, or for commercial use, needs our permission first.

Limits

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted or never contain a mistake. We are not responsible for what happens if you act on general information from this website without being seen in person first.

Governing law

These terms follow Vietnamese law. Any dispute is settled by discussion where possible, and otherwise by a competent court in Hanoi.
