How the tiers work

Spend counts by calendar year
Every qualifying payment adds to your total for the year. The counter starts again on 1 January.

You move up the moment you qualify
Hit the threshold and the tier applies straight away — no waiting for the end of a month.

The year decides the next one
What you spend across the year sets your tier for the following year. Below the keep-tier figure, you move to whichever tier your spend matches.
Member day — 20% back on the 15th
On the 15th of every month, every member gets 20% of the treatment value back into their member wallet. It applies automatically at payment; there is nothing to sign up for.

Treatment invoices raised on the 15th qualify at the moment you pay.
20% into the wallet
The amount lands in your member wallet and is spendable on later visits. It is not exchangeable for cash.
Treatments at list price
The programme is for treatments held at the published price. Discounted invoices still earn the cashback rate of your tier.
- Applies across all skin treatment groups at CHAMING Skinlab.
- Calculated on the part of the bill not paid from the wallet. On a 1,000,000₫ bill paid half from the wallet, the 20% is worked out on the other 500,000₫.
- Sessions deducted from a course card, and retail products, are outside the programme.
- Treatments already discounted or sold below list price do not join member day; that part still earns your tier's normal cashback.
Questions about membership
Do I have to sign up for anything?
No. You become a member on your first visit, and the tier follows your spending automatically.
What is the wallet, exactly?
A balance held against your name at the studio. Cashback goes in, and you can spend it on later visits. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
How long do I keep a tier?
Until the end of the following calendar year. Reach Gold in March 2026 and you hold Gold until 31 December 2027.
What happens if I spend less the next year?
You move to whichever tier your actual spend matches — you drop to the right tier rather than all the way to the bottom.
Can I check my tier without asking at the front desk?
Yes, in the Zalo Mini App. It shows your tier, your wallet balance and any benefits waiting to be used.
