What we collect

• When you book or ask for a consultation: your name, phone number, the skin concern you picked, and the date and time you would prefer.
• When you visit us: notes from your session, kept so the next visit picks up where the last one left off.
• Automatically as you browse: anonymous traffic statistics through Google Analytics, and advertising measurement through the Meta and TikTok pixels. These use cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser does not break the site.

What we use it for

We do not sell or rent your details. They are shared only with the service providers we need to run the business — messaging, hosting, and the analytics tools named above — and with the authorities where the law requires it.

• Calling or messaging you back to confirm the appointment you asked for.
• Keeping your treatment record so we do not repeat what did not work.
• Understanding which pages people read, so we know what to write next.

Where it is stored

Your details are held in our own management system, on servers located in Vietnam, and are reachable only by staff whose job needs them. The connection is encrypted and the data is backed up regularly.

We keep records while you are a customer and for up to five years after your last visit, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

The account area

The customer account on this website signs in with a Vietnamese phone number and a code sent over Zalo, so it is only usable if you have a local number. It is not required for booking — the form asks for nothing more than a name and a number you can be reached on.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, or tell us to stop calling, at any time. Email contact@chaming.vn or call 0925 055 555 and we will deal with it within seven working days. Requests in English are fine.

Age

Our services are for guests aged 16 and over. Anyone under 18 should come with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect details from children through this website.

Changes

If this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top of it. Anything significant will also be mentioned on the channel you left with us.
