A skin studio in Đống Đa, Hanoi, open since 2019. This page is about the people, the rooms you will be treated in, and how we keep your skin safe — the things a price list cannot tell you.
The short version
CHAMING Skinlab started in 2019 as a small studio with one idea: skin that is genuinely healthier at the end of a course, not just brighter for a day. Since then more than 10,000 guests have come through, most of them for acne, pigmentation, scarring and laser hair removal.
We publish every price, we do a free skin analysis before anything is sold, and if what you need is a diagnosis first, we say so and point you to a hospital. Guests tell us that last part is rare in this city, which is exactly why we keep doing it.
How we keep your skin safe
Most of what goes wrong with skin treatments comes from skipping steps. These are the ones we do not skip.
Every course starts with a skin scan and a conversation about what you have already tried and what you are currently using. Nothing is booked blind; you see the plan and the price before the first session.
What was done, which settings were used and how your skin reacted are written up after each visit. The next person to see you starts from that record, not from memory.
Single-use where possible, sterilised otherwise. Guests mention it in their Google reviews because they notice it.
A suspected fungal breakout, a mole that has changed, anything that needs a diagnosis: we send you to a hospital first rather than start a course and hope.
The first visit is free and there is no obligation to book at the end of it. Nobody adds a product or a package while you are lying down.
You leave each session with aftercare instructions for the next few days, and you can message us on WhatsApp if your skin reacts in a way you did not expect.
The team
Treatments are carried out by trained skin therapists who work here full time, not by rotating freelancers. An English-speaking member of the team is on every shift, so you will not need a translator app to get through a session.
Laser and peel settings are decided by the people who assessed your skin, and the same team follows you across the course.
The studio
Private treatment rooms, a skin scanner for the analysis, and laser and light equipment from Korea. Ten minutes from Hoàn Kiếm Lake by car, in a quiet lane off Huỳnh Thúc Kháng.
