One plan for several kinds of scar

Acne scars are usually a mix: rounded, shallow scars, sharper-edged box-shaped scars and narrow, deep ones, often side by side on the same cheek.

Each type responds to a different approach, so a single method rarely evens them all out. A multi-layer plan combines several, chosen for the scars you actually have.

Which combination you get is decided at the free skin check, once your skin has been looked at — not picked from a menu.

What happens

Free skin check: we look at each type of scar, how deep it is and the area it covers.

Plan and price: we explain the combination for your scars, the expected number of sessions and the cost before anything starts.

Sessions: each one follows the plan agreed for that day. Sessions are usually a few weeks apart so the skin can recover in between.

Redness and recovery

The skin may look mildly red and feel slightly tight for one to three days, depending on the session. Most guests go back to work as usual; if you have an important event, leave a few days in between.

Keep the skin clean and moisturised and wear sunscreen diligently. For the first few days, skip makeup, saunas and swimming. You get specific instructions for the session you had.

How many sessions, and what to expect

It depends on the type and depth of your scars. Shallow scars can improve visibly after a few sessions; deep or long-standing scars need more. You are told the expected number before you start.

Scars usually fade and the skin surface becomes more even session by session, but how much depends on the type of scar and on your skin. We do not promise to remove scars completely.

When to wait

Tell us first if you have many inflamed breakouts, an infection or an open wound on the area, are pregnant, or tend to form raised (keloid) scars. The same applies if you are taking oral acne medication.
