Laser for moles and skin tags
Each spot treated individually with laser light — priced by the exact number you need done.
Benefits
Targeted action that limits the effect on the surrounding skin.
Our doctor confirms the number after seeing them in person.
Priced by the actual number of spots, with no fixed package.
When is Laser for moles and skin tags a good fit?
Lots of tiny bumps.
You'd like them dealt with neatly.
This is a required step before treatment.
Please see a dermatologist first if: you are taking oral acne medication or stopped less than 6 months ago; your skin is infected or has fluid-filled bumps or blisters; you have an open wound or recent sunburn; you have had a peel, laser or microneedling in the past 2 weeks; or inflamed acne is spreading and very painful. Let CHAMING know in advance if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
What happens in a session?
- Skin analysis and consultation
Our doctor examines each spot in person, rules out any that need monitoring or a dermatologist's assessment, then confirms how many will be treated and explains up front that spots can come back.
- Cleansing and disinfection
The skin around the spots to be treated is cleansed and disinfected.
- Treating each spot with laser
The doctor treats each agreed spot with the laser, working precisely to limit the effect on the surrounding skin.
- Soothing the treated area
The treated area is disinfected and soothed before you leave.
- Home care advice
The doctor explains how to care for the treated area tonight and over the next 7 days.
Aftercare
Tonight: pat an antiseptic solution onto the treated area, leave it for 1 minute, then wipe it off with saline. Apply a thin layer of the moisturiser CHAMING gives you, wait 10 minutes, then use any topical medication exactly as directed by the doctor (if you have been given one).
For the first 3 days: don't use a cleanser yet, and limit activities that make you sweat a lot.
For the next 7 days: morning and evening, pat antiseptic solution onto the treated area for 1 minute, wipe with saline, then apply the moisturiser CHAMING gives you and wait 10 minutes. Skip sunscreen on the treated area for now so you don't need to use make-up remover in the evening, as rubbing can strip away the new skin. Instead, cover up very well when you go out. Pause targeted products such as retinol and retinoids.
If your skin reacts or anything doesn't feel right, message us on WhatsApp or call +84 925 055 555 so CHAMING can help promptly.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I need to be examined first?
Not every spot should be treated with a laser. The doctor needs to see them in person to rule out any that need monitoring or referral to a dermatologist.
How much does it cost?
It's priced by the number of spots. The doctor gives you an exact figure after seeing them in person, before you decide.
Which spots should NOT be removed with a laser?
Any spot that is changing in size, colour or shape, has an irregular border, bleeds or itches persistently must be checked by a dermatologist first rather than treated cosmetically. The reason is practical: the laser destroys the lesion, so no tissue sample is left for testing, and the medical literature reports that 1.7–6% of lesions sent for testing with a clinical diagnosis of a benign mole turned out to be malignant (Journal of Cutaneous and Aesthetic Surgery, 2013). CHAMING does not carry out tissue (histopathology) testing, so anyone with a suspicious spot will be advised to go to a specialist hospital.
Can a spot come back after removal?
It can. The medical literature reports that mole cells can remain in the deeper layers of the skin after laser treatment, so recurrence is fairly common — and you should be told this beforehand (Journal of Cutaneous and Aesthetic Surgery, 2013).
