Delicate Zone Peel
A peel for delicate areas of the body, aimed at improving darkened skin.
Benefits
Designed for darkened skin in delicate areas.
Helps protect the freshly treated skin.
When is Delicate Zone Peel a good fit?
The skin is darker than the area around it.
You'd like to add a more direct treatment step.
Please see a dermatologist first if: you are taking oral acne medication or stopped less than 6 months ago; your skin is infected or has fluid-filled bumps or blisters; you have an open wound or recent sunburn; you have had a peel, laser or microneedling in the past 2 weeks; or inflamed acne is spreading and very painful. Let CHAMING know in advance if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
What happens in a session?
- Skin analysis and consultation
Our doctor looks at the darkened area in person to choose a concentration and technique suited to thin, delicate skin. Please let us know in advance if you're taking any medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Cleansing the area
The area is cleansed and dried so the peel makes even contact with the skin.
- Peeling the delicate area
The doctor applies the peel at the chosen concentration, working gently over the darkened skin.
- Soothing and antioxidant care
The peeled area is soothed, with an antioxidant step to help protect the freshly treated skin.
- Aftercare advice and your next appointment
The doctor explains how to care for the peeled area tonight and over the following days. Your next session is booked after seeing how your skin responds to this one.
Aftercare
Tonight: keep the peeled area away from water for 6 hours. After that, shower with clean, filtered water, without scrubbing or rubbing. Apply an antiseptic solution, leave it for 1 minute, then wipe it off with saline solution.
For the first 48 hours: don't use shower gel yet. For the first three days, limit activities that make you sweat a lot.
While your skin recovers: let it flake off naturally — don't peel, pick, scratch or pull at the flaking skin. Avoid hot water, and don't rub or exfoliate. Don't wax or use any other form of hair removal on the peeled area yet. Don't go swimming for 1 week. Keep the area covered and wear loose, breathable clothing.
If your skin reacts or anything doesn't feel right, message us on WhatsApp or call +84 925 055 555 so CHAMING can help promptly.
