What is a shot?
A shot is one pulse of ultrasound energy from the HIFU handpiece. A session is made of many pulses laid out across the area being treated, so the shot count is a rough measure of how much ground a session covers. Devices and studios do not all count the same way (shots, lines or pulses), so check what a number means before comparing it.
It is only a rough measure. Two sessions with the same number of shots can feel and perform differently, because the depth the energy is aimed at, the energy level and the skill of the person holding the handpiece all matter too.
What does HIFU cost at CHAMING?
Three options, each priced per session. The dollar figure is a rough guide, and you pay in dong.

Per session. Shot counts are the usual ones, and our doctor sets yours at the consultation. The price per shot is the session price divided by the usual count, so it is an estimate. Full face currently includes one Glow Peel session and C Lift one Fresh Glow Skin session, so their price per shot looks lower than HIFU alone. Which option for which face?
MiniLift works on one area you choose, such as the jawline, the cheeks, the chin or the neck, with 300 shots. It suits slackness that has started in one place.
Full face covers the whole face in one session, usually about 800 shots. It suits slackness across several areas of the face but not yet the neck.
C Lift covers the face and the neck together, usually about 1,200 shots, and treats them as a whole. Which one fits is decided at the consultation, after your skin has been looked at.
Why a lower price per shot is not automatically better
Price per shot is the fairest way to compare two quotes for the same area, and the quickest way to spot a cheap headline that covers very few shots. It does not tell you the energy, the depth or who is operating, so ask about those too.
Questions to ask before you book HIFU in Hanoi

- How many shots, for which areas, and what is the total price?
- Who does the treatment, and how is the energy adjusted if it hurts?
- Is there a skin check first, and do they ask about implants, pregnancy and recent sunburn?

How long until you see a difference?
HIFU works through new collagen, so the change builds over months. Cleveland Clinic, writing about one micro-focused ultrasound system, says full results may take three to six months to show.
Nobody can promise how long they last for you, because skin keeps ageing. Judge it with photos in the same light, one before the session and one at three months.
