When is Rejuvenation Eye a good fit?

Please see a dermatologist first if: you are taking oral acne medication or stopped less than 6 months ago; your skin is infected or has fluid-filled bumps or blisters; you have an open wound or recent sunburn; you have had a peel, laser or microneedling in the past 2 weeks; or inflamed acne is spreading and very painful. Let CHAMING know in advance if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
What happens in a session?
- Skin analysis and consultation
We analyse the skin around your eyes to check fine lines, puffiness and dark circles. Dark circles have many causes, so we need to see them in person to say how much they can improve.
- Cleansing the eye area
Your therapist gently removes make-up, cleanses and disinfects the skin around your eyes.
- Eye-area meso
The doctor delivers a serum into the right layer of the skin around your eyes using a meso technique, with a separate, gentler approach than for the face. Just say straight away if you feel uncomfortable.
- Soothing the eye area
Your therapist soothes and hydrates the treated area. The eye area may be slightly swollen for a short time.
- Aftercare advice and your next appointment
The doctor explains how to care for your skin tonight and over the next 3 days, then books your next session according to your course.
Aftercare
Tonight: wash your face with clean, filtered water. Disinfect your skin with an antiseptic solution for 1 minute, then wipe it off with saline solution. Apply a thin layer of hydrating or repairing serum, or the tube of moisturiser CHAMING gives you.
For the next 3 days, morning and evening: wash your face with cleanser, then wipe with saline solution; in the evening, remember to use make-up remover first. Apply hydrating or repairing serum, or the tube of moisturiser from CHAMING. Apply sunscreen in the morning and at midday, starting 24 hours after your session. Limit activities that make you sweat a lot, and don't wear make-up. Drink plenty of water and use extra nourishing face masks for better results.
During the first week: pause active products such as retinol, AHA, BHA and other retinoids.

Frequently asked questions
Can genetic dark circles be improved?
Dark circles have many causes — structure, pigmentation, blood vessels. How much they improve depends on the cause, and we need to see them in person to say.
Is it safe for the thin skin around the eyes?
The eye area is treated separately and more gently than the face. Please tell us straight away if you feel uncomfortable.
Will there be swelling afterwards?
There may be slight swelling for a short time; if you have an important event coming up, it's best to schedule your session well ahead of it.
