When is PN Glow a good fit?
You've tried many approaches, but your skin still hasn't settled.

Please see a dermatologist first if: you are taking oral acne medication or stopped less than 6 months ago; your skin is infected or has fluid-filled bumps or blisters; you have an open wound or recent sunburn; you have had a peel, laser or microneedling in the past 2 weeks; or inflamed acne is spreading and very painful. What happens in a session?
- Skin analysis and consultation
The doctor analyses your skin, assesses how thin and weakened it is and how far it has declined, then confirms the number of sessions that suits you.
- Make-up removal, cleansing and disinfection
Your therapist removes your make-up, washes your face and disinfects your skin to prepare for the meso step.
- Meso to deliver PN
The doctor delivers PN into the skin using a meso technique, working on repair and renewal at the same time. Just say straight away if you feel uncomfortable.
- Soothing mask
Your therapist applies a soothing, hydrating mask to calm weakened skin after the meso step.
- Aftercare advice and your next appointment
The doctor explains how to care for your skin tonight and over the next 3 days, then books your next session based on the agreed number of sessions.
Aftercare
Tonight: wash your face with clean, filtered water. Disinfect your skin with an antiseptic solution for 1 minute, then wipe it off with saline solution. Apply a thin layer of hydrating or repairing serum, or the tube of moisturiser CHAMING gives you.
For the next 3 days, morning and evening: wash your face with cleanser, then wipe with saline solution; in the evening, remember to use make-up remover first. Apply hydrating or repairing serum, or the tube of moisturiser from CHAMING. Apply sunscreen in the morning and at midday, starting 24 hours after your session. Limit activities that make you sweat a lot, and don't wear make-up. Drink plenty of water and use extra nourishing face masks for better results.
During the first week: pause active products such as retinol, AHA, BHA and other retinoids.

How many sessions will I need?

What is PN?
PN (polynucleotides) are molecular chains extracted from DNA — usually from salmon; they share a source with PDRN but are longer chains — studied for their ability to stimulate fibroblasts and support the skin's renewal process. A 2025 systematic review of randomised trials reported improvements in wrinkles and skin quality, with no serious adverse events and only mild, short-lived local reactions — while also noting that the number of studies is still small and protocols vary from place to place.
How is it different from Exosome Regen?
The difference lies in what is delivered: PN consists of polynucleotide fragments, while exosomes are extracellular vesicles that carry signals between cells. Both aim at recovery and renewal, so choosing between them is the doctor's call after your skin analysis — not a choice based on price.
